That is the first bar I have seen that doesn't chop the crap out of the rear of the car.  How much leg room did you loose?

personally, none.

im 5ft 8 and have short legs. with the Bride seats and quick release hub, I can get in and out with the seat all the way up. for someone taller this would be impossible. Maybe if your 5'10" and have short legs would work.

also, using the double diag design we were able to miss most of the center console. worked out great and I don't know why more of us haven't utilized it. imo its better braced as well than just one diag. in a rollover the weight would be spread out a whole lot more evenly like this. there is still m,uch room for improvement and we will be gusseting all the moutning points

Bar looks great. Consider starting a new thread with the pics as I'm sure a lot on the forum will find this interesting but it gets lost here in this thread.

This roll bar looks good.  I've only see a couple of them on the kappa and this is nicely done!

I also know a few people who have rolled their Kappas.  The one had the top up and the guy rolled it in the mountains.  It landed right side up and the guy drove it home!  It was totalled, but the thing got him home and it was like another 3 hrs or so!  The other was rolled on The Dragon.  A few cyclists and another owner were able to lift the car to free her arm so she could crawl out from under it.  In the unfortunate event it does happen...you've got a little extra insurance now!
