WTB convertible top
« on: February 19, 2014, 03:10:42 PM »
Color, condition of the fabric don't matter, I just need the framework and hardware.

If you have one, tell me how much you want.

Solstice or Sky is fine.

Only tops I've seen for sale include the fabric, you may want to revise the title to say; Wanted Convertible Frame.  Might also want to check in w/salvage companies.

Including the fabric is fine, I just don't care if it is torn/cut/damaged.

Only top I've seen is on Ebay but its a complete top ($1500).  It's hard to find just the frame (or even a top), because most search engines bring up entire cars.  Another option are online wanted parts websites.

Best bet is to contact your local auto salvage business and ask if they can perform a national parts search, or contact Co-Part directly. Question is are salvaged cars parted out or only offered as rebuildables.

15 salvaged Solstices

Solstice burned to the ground:

3 salvaged SKYs

Recently found this on posted on Craigslist 1/23/14.
It's not clear if it's soft top and frame or just soft top. $350

Still looking for a complete top or frame.
Damaged is OK, depending on the particulars of the condition!
