2007 Sol owner
« on: March 16, 2014, 07:08:46 PM »
I just picked up a 15k mile cool silver Sol that has always been garage kept & never driven in the wet ! VERY clean inside & out with black interior. I have installed the Wilwood large brake kit from TCE , the DDM Probeam & now have the car out at PERFORMANCE AUTOWERKS for a 480 hp LS3 & t-56 6 speed transmission along with ac, dual ss exhaust, Racelogic Traction Control, sway bar upgrade, tunnel brace, rear frame brace  etc..
Now starting to look into wheel tire combo to be able to use the power & leaning towards the CCW10s. :usa:

So that's yours eh. I am in at Dave's all the time. I'll watch the progress...I hope I don't get the 'itch'....
I always wanted to be somebody when I grew up - I realize now that I should have been more specific!!

I would REALLY appreciate a pic or seven once in a while & hearing about the progress first hand !  I'm probably picking it up in person & enjoy a nice trip home, did I say awesome trip home ? Hopefully we could meet then.
I've got a pretty good plan so far (I think) wanting to autocross once in a while & really enjoy the western twisties type of a setup but be relatively comfortable on the road.
Getting the right wheel/tire combo is next on the list.

CCW C10 or T10 ?

I'd like the CCW C10 in 19x9.5  & 19x10.5 in matte black but don't know what is currently available from them or another company with similar wheel.

I'm thinking of sending it home to keep the matching #s.
