contemplating selling Rogue - Now with photos -
« on: May 21, 2014, 05:22:00 PM »
I've finally come to the realization that 6 toys in the driveway is too many. Rogue is the most vulnerable, since Pat has GXPsy (I know, Joe, multiple Sols in one driveway is a good thing). Plus, home repair, home improvement, and medical bills all make me realize I'd like to have a better nest egg going into the future. Those of you who have been to any of the Mod Meets will know Rogue. For those of you who don't: 2009 black GXP Coupe, 5 spd, GMPP tune, 4100 miles, GM soft top, candy red runway stripes, 20" Sport edition wheels, Solo 3" exhaust, Solo 3" hi flow cat, DDM backbone, DDM rear brace, DDM charge tubes, underhood lamp, and more. Lot's more.

I'm posting this here first so our friends on KP can have first chance. Pictures will be available soon for those of you who don't know Rogue. He's perfect. Garage kept since new. Just ask Joe or Dee if you want the quality of this Solstice verified. Hey, GJ, you once told me to let you know if I ever wanted to sell. Here's your chance!

Any questions? Please ask. Thanks.

She really is a sharp looking car. If you DO decide to sell it don't suspect it would be around long.    :drive:

I'm leaving the sale price open to offers. I really don't have a clear idea as to the market value. KBB says it's value is around $17,000, however I believe that does not factor in the rarity and extras that go with it. This is a car that would be very appreciated by Kappa fanatics far more than the average buying public.

I understand. This thread has created more buzz than I expected. Unfortunately, pics won't be 'til Friday. Pat (GXPsy) is scheduled for surgery tomorrow so I'll be at the hospital all day. I'll get some photos Friday and post them.

Crap.  I REALLY love that car.  Bee-u-tiful paintwork!  Just can't afford another one though.  :(

Hope Pat is well looked after and all comes out OK.  Give her a hug from me.

Damn.
My favorite Coupe.
The Misses is sleeping right now. I will seek permission to make an offer tomorrow.

Much more importantly, our best to Pat. Hoping all goes well.

KBB says it's value is around $17,000

Rogue I frequently post coupes for sale I find advertised online on the BB, and trust very few sellers are using KBB pricing values as a resource for coupe prices, and having a manual and low-mileage are additional value pluses.  Along w/the mods you choose, not to mention they could be remove easily if someone wanted to return it back to OEM.  The only negative would be the stripe (unless its vinyl).  If you want it to sell it fast mid 20s is not an unreasonable price, just know some sellers are asking high 20s to mid 30s for GXPs.

I'm happy to announce that Pat got through her foot surgery yesterday with no issues. The Doc said he was pleased with the results. She's resting comfortably today and so far, has not gotten too demanding.  :-)

Some of it, not all. I still have the original cat, and OEM charge tubes. The factory exhaust is gone, as is the original tunnel cover. I do still have the OEM wheels.

The candy red is paint, the silver stripes are vinyl tape.

OK, they did not post as expected. This is my first attempt to post photos here. Guess I need to go [ Guests cannot view attachments ] through a learning curve. That's a nice picture of the Continental DW 275-30-20 isn't it?
