At least for the 07's GXP's the Emission's warranty is 8yrs or 80,000 miles whichever comes first.  A whole list of items are covered under the emission's part list and most of the supporting hardware.  Turbocharger is one such item that is covered as well as ECM and CAT as well as allot of other powertrain items all associated with emission's.  Check your warranty manual for listing of all items covered.
