Kappasphere Assets Acquired by DDM Works
I am happy to announce that Kappasphere has been acquired by DDM Works.  After nearly 10 yrs of offering products & support to the Kappa & Mini community, we have handed the reins over to an excellent company who has worked hard in the same space.  I am very confident that Dave & Ivy Michel from DDM Works will do a great job.
Starting immediately, all Kappasphere inquiries and orders will be managed by DDM.  Kappashere.com is now forwarding to DDMworks.com.  Here is their contact info:

Thank you for your business and friendship these last many years.  We have enjoyed the time we spent with many of you and hope you will enjoy your cars for years to come.

We are continuing to grow our Sector111 business which remains focused on lightweight cars.  Though we are in the same location, we will no longer have Kappasphere products in stock.

Thanks again!

Best regards,

Shinoo Mapleton

When I talked to Dave a couple of days ago, he said they were going to make a huge announcement soon. This must be it.

FYI - For those who don't know, Sector 111 is a highly successful business for aftermarket Lotus parts

Good for them. DDM will no doubt do well with what's left of the Kappasphere business, they're a great company to deal with.
Just trying to do my part...

Thanks everyone! We are really excited about the acquisition of Kappasphere. It is actually a really nice way for us to get into the "lifestyle" and non performance products for the car and offer our products to a wider audience that is not always into performance parts. It is also allowing us to start development on other lifestyle products along with the new performance products that are coming out this year. There is the short shifter that will be shipping tomorrow, 3 new forced induction kits for the 2.4L by the end of the year and a couple new options for the 2.0L engines coming out, a new brace and some other bits and pieces, so development for the Kappa is far from over :)

Wartie, I wonder of DDM's new lifestyle line will include a hemorrhoid treatment.  That might make your turbo obsolete.
