There is a lot of oil on them so it's hard to say. Sometimes you will see a blue or green tint on the valves possibly even a line that runs around the valve. The discoloration comes from the material the valve is made from actually burning off which would be a pretty good indication of a lean mixture issue. The color changes depending on the metal alloy the valve is made from. If you find discoloration don't reuse the valves. |

Maybe is the picture but cylinder one seems to not have as much carbon deposits as the rest of the other ones. |

I thought the build book said they used ferrea valves or I could be wrong |
