I'm planning on running the 7163 and would like around 450 to the wheels. I ended up buying the manifold from Werks and sending back the 5th injector kit everything can be power coated black. The ATI dampener won't work on the car because it elimates power steering so I'm stuck with that until I sell it. But I am looking at the fluid dampener on which I can run power steering.

That depends on the turbo.  Air plus Fuel = HP
actually is Air plus Fuel = Tq :P Tq on rpm is HP :P

So will the tranny/rear take this kind of HP?  I know you will need a new clutch, but how does this play out with the transmission?  And if you had just changed out the conrods and pistons, would you have gotten anywhere near 400HP safely out of the 2.0?

I will be going with the DDM clutch and I'm not sure if the transmission will hold up but from what I have read I shouldn't have any issues. I really want to upgrade to the T56 but that's a lot of money so I figured I will get the clutch and when this one dies so the upgrade. If I chnaged out the Pistons and rods and bought a bigger turbo no matter which one I could get 400 but also I'm running meth as well

I personally can't recall anyone destroying the rear diff or axles on any 400-500HP builds.  3rd gear can be problematic in the stock transmission, but that can become an issue with just a tune.  Some hardened parts for that could go a long way in making the stock transmission more than beefy enough.

I thought about axels but like you said I haven't read or heard anyone breaking them so I'll leave them as is. But I si want to do a complete brake upgrade from TCI.

I know some people who broke axle joints but not because of high power. Also very few broke diff but only with sticky tires at the strip.

Nothing is safe :)

I'll ask Dave and see what he thinks and go from there. Received my spit controller today for the 5th injector.

The ar5 is out of a slow heavy truck that had a 5.3 option? Right?
It should be fine up to 400 lbs I'd think.

Not engine related but I ended up getting these for $650 which I think is a good deal. I traded him some Nissan parts I had laying around that he needed so it was a win win.

I received my black powder coated manifold and fifth injector from werks. I also ordered a 3 bar sensor and all the A&N fittings in black along with the hose.
