Ebay or the forum classifieds are your best bet

This 10 spoke style, or the 10 SKY split spoke style?  BTW, there's also a Solstice 10 split spoke style.

GM# 17802094
Wheel style: MB093 wheels

[/QUOTE]

Most GM sites are showing it as no longer being available.  I've seen a few cars on Craigslist w/them, but very rarely see them for sale separately.  Best bet is to continue to post WTB on all Kappa sites, and checking Ebay.

They are still showing on gmpartsgiant @$381.07, but I'd be surprised if they have any.  Good luck.

Believe the below pic was a dealer brochure since they were only available through the dealerships.

Thanks, ChopTop.
I'm looking for the split spoke style
I'll check out the URL you provided and keeping on digging around.
I may end up buying them one at a time from Bay / criagslist to cobble together a set.

If you are looking for the 10 spoke wheels that Chop mentioned here are some listings GMpartsclub .com  405.79 /GMParts Direct .com  351.23 /GMParts outlet .com 392 .00 /GMPARTSGIANT .com  381.07 /GMpartsdepartment .com 389.71    All these listings are for a new wheel only no lug nuts ,valve stems ,center caps , TPS monitors  From a search I did these were installed as a dealer option . You might want to try Tire Rack or Discount Tire and try to find something similar from all indications OEM wheels are going to be pricy .

What is the GM part number for the SKY split spoke wheel.  I'm not talking about the confusing Solstice shared Q9Y designation, but the actual GM part number for the; SKY Special Edition Split Spoke Wheel???  Also, were they offered in different finishes, or just polished?  Because if they were then there should be different parts numbers for different finishes.

When I looked up GM 19181777, the SKY split spoke wheel does comes up.
But on a couple of sites it comes up as; 9596703 19181777.

Here's an example:
http://www.pynprice.com/price/q9y-saturn-sky-special-edition/   @ $179.99. (In stock?)

Wheel Description:
Q9Y SATURN SKY SPECIAL EDITION 18x8 DUAL 5 SPOKE POLISHED WHEEL 9596703 19181777

Another site example:
http://www.hubcaphaven.com/c/745/saturn_sky_wheels_rims.html

Wheel Description:
ALY98320/180015 Saturn Sky Special Edition Wheel Polished #9596703
Price: $229.95 (In stock?)

1 Single ALY98320/180015 Saturn Sky Special Edition '07-'10, 10 spoke polished alloy wheel.
Size: 18x8
Lugs: 5
Bolt Pattern: 110mm
Option Code: N87
Saturn Part Number: 9596703 or 19181777

Chop Top - thanks for navigating and assistance.
The part number is listed under 2 numbers, either 9596703  or 19181777.
I am finding that most frequently used is 1918177. Dealer and "GM part" sites use that nuber.
As you have found, some sites list it as 9596703.
Could that be the old Saturn parts number???? Don't really know.
I usually check under both part numbers
Hub Cap Haven has a great price, but none in stock
Will check availability at pynprice.com,

I have an extra brand new, mint pristine set (4) OEM from the Hydro.  They really weren't meant for sale, as I've kept them all these years, but to the person specifically wanting these, I may consider selling these hard to find unavailable wheels.  Though, pick up only, in Chicago.

See  http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/f11/solstice-wheels-64092/

GM makes it very confusing. The Q9Y Solstice wheels have parallel spokes while the Q9Y Sky wheels have divergent spokes!

Thanks for your offer ROYCEU. I appreciate it.
It sounds like a VERY nice set of wheels.
Unfortunately,I cannot pick them up in Chicago.
I'm in PA, north of Philly.

Also, to WSPOHN - I finally figured that out that Pontiac and Saturn used to same RPO Code for two different wheels. When I search I have to include "Saturn Sky" with Q9Y.

FWIW, life has taught me that when you DON"T want something is when you usually run across it, and when you DO want something is when you can never find it.

You could ask for deliver help on the different Kappa forums, that's worked out for a few people.  Several years ago I was hot for some old 19 inch Kappasphere J2 wheels, I ended up having to settle for 18s.   :cloud: I'm also been looking for some Aftershock side skirts for years now (Aftershock made like three pairs).  I've seen a set advertised exactly once in like three years, unfortunately I did not buy them at the time I have a chance, and now it's impossible to find a set today.  Same w/the Solstice Skagen watch.  Buy now or regret later.

Those are the ones he is NOT looking for (unless he is willing to settle for Solstice rather than Sky).

Price seems to be $275 rather than $225 - maybe the anticipate a rush on them!   Maybe they read this forum.

Thanks to everyone who posted today!
You guys are really great at providing me with info.
Yes, I am interested in the Saturn Q9Y 10 spoke.
Given the"scarcity" of these wheels, I am beginning to agree with ChopTop...... buy now or regret later!
I found a GM parts dealer who has them for $407 per wheel. I will contact tomorrow and see what I can do about shipping
While I am hesitating on paying the market price for the wheels....... he who hesitates is lost!

Thanks again.... you guys are terrific!

For what these wheels are going for and the fact that they are so hard to find I would keep my original wheels and if the time ever comes that you think about selling the car (God Forbid !) you can add that as a premium cost and if the buyer is not interested take them  off and sell it with the OEM wheels .There is always a market for stuff like this and as time goes on and there are less and less Kappas out there you should be able to at least break even my guess probably make a buck on them .

I remember you saying you put BC's on your car, right?  You didn't decide to lower it much more than stock from the looks of it.  Any reason for not lowering it?

I should have added that after you buy something that you really want, you can rest assured that you will find the exact same item being advertised a couple of months later for half-price.   :cloud:  But you'll be fine if you just simply accept that some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue
