Just curious if there are any glaring differences between the Porterfield and Hawk HPS pads offered in the DDM stage 1 kit?  Are all four pretty similar?  Would I get better performance from I or the other as a street driver? I will be adding Meth and a larger turbo in the near future. Just curious if I picked the porterfields if I would have worse performance than choosing the Hawks.

I am running Porterfields now.  Good stopping power.  I had Hawks before and they are very noisy until they get hot

I have Hawk Ceramics on front and HPS on rear (which was what DDM Dave recommended at the time) and I have no noise at all.

So from all accounts, neither hawk or Porterfields really have the edge over the other, right? They are both similar performance pads?

I run Porterfield R4S from DDM in the last 2 years f+r and I don't have noises, next upgrade would be Willwoods from TCE
