Potential Alignment Issues?

Got the new Conti DS's on right after lunch today.  Just a short drive back to the office but wow! what a difference!  Gonna give them a good washing then make a little dinner run with the wife this evening if the weather holds.  Took a good look at the old tires and it looks like there's a bit of uneven wear on the inside tread of the tires so I've set up an appointment for a re-alignment on Tuesday next week.  Not bad considering the tires were made in 2007 and have a little over 40,000 miles on them, but I want the new tires to be right.  You all have been so great with the advise and help I thought I would ask if there is there anything I need to know before I let him do any adjusting?  I'm just a spirited weekend/nice weather driver.  I won't be doing anything on the track.

New tires can be very slick. Be careful for the first few hundred miles.

Indeed - I came out of the shop after I'd had mine mounted and pulled out quickly and nearly went sideways as it was raining!!

Make sure it's a 4-wheel alignment!  If you can't get-R-done.  I have the Rear Caster gauge. :thumbs:

Wear on the inside edge can be wrong toe setting, or more commonly excessive negative camber.
