What are the other codes you have disabled?

While similar the parts below on your build are different or additional to my build but probably not involved

Werks WR-3 (EFR-6758) Turbo Kit w/ Forge BPV
LDK Block/LNF Head
Phenolic Intake Spacer

What intake do you have?
Is the air filter dry or oiled?

P2096 can sometimes be as caused by a dirty Maf or O2.
What caused the O2 sensors to go bad?
Other things to check
Exhaust leak at or between the O2 sensors.
Are they both tight with no leaks at bungs?
Cat bolted with no leaks to turbo?

Just some late night thoughts of an insomniac.

Robo,
Good luck.  I have HPT3 installed on a separate laptop, but am stil reading up on getting everything pulled over. I am actually a little worried about it messing up my credits, so I have not connected my interface to it yet.  Probably a stupid fear.

DTCs disabled in tune:
P0106 - MAP/BARO Sensor Range Performance
P0107 - MAP/BARO Sensor Range Low
P0140 - O2 Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1
P2096 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Low Limit Bank 1

I have the same DDM CAI as you. The GM version wasn't cutting it.  So, nothing really drastically different between our builds.

Thank you sir, I need it.

I installed HPT3 over HPT 2.4 and the credits came over fine. No issues there. The interface I'm borrowing is a friends and he has a TON of credits on there.

I'm still getting the hang of all this and modified my virtual VE last night. I'm picking up some KR in weird places but I'm trying to match it up to the timing table so I can make adjustments. I like the new setup once you get through the learning curve.

P106 and 107 sound like your MAP sensor has failed. I'm assuming you are getting proper readings from it? Did you change MAP sensors and, if so and if you went to something like a 3-bar, did you update the MAP range information in your tune?
