Location of interior "fuse box"

The 2006 manual states the interior "fuse box" is located on the passenger side under the floor mat - can't find it  - help  :gaah:

Passenger side foot well, go to where the carpet meets the firewall and pull the carpet back.  Remove the plastic cover and the fuses are right there.
