Are you saying your brother's SS is a 6-speed?  I sold my BBHP modified '96 SS to buy my '07 GXP. I hated to let it go, but I had too many cars. I had BBHP put in the 6-speed, with Torssen rear. I had also heavily modified the suspension, and exhaust. It went to a good home in NJ.
