I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Your MAP and timing are following your throttle input and even though you are maintaining a constant speed on a level road, the tiny bit of throttle changes are changing those readings. If you even think of lifting your big toe, your throttle will change - especially in the lower ranges where you were cruising. Only way to eliminate that would be to set the cruise control but even then the slightest change in the road will change the load and will make your other sensors change accordingly.
If your MAP was spiking in big numbers that could indicate a problem but you're cruising around 2 lb/min so the swings you're seeing are normal.
