Does GM make an inline 6?
Who said I6?

I said 6 cyl ... I wasn't sure if latest 6 cyl DI and VVT are V or not  :D I know those from GM are sweet engines, I don't understand what you like so much about the BMW i6 engine over the latest us V6 engines.
Seems like we prefer the things from the other side of the pond

The new V6 engines from GM are great. No doubt. They are also two generations newer than the 2009 I was driving.

And in any case, I never said the BMW was better than the solstice or sky, but it is worlds better than the caliber

SA: Wait, what? You got a neighbor evicted? Remind me about this if I will ever try to become one of your neighbors.

GJ: Leave the caliber out, is not actual anymore and it was my wife's choice before being with me, now we own a Hyundai Elantra (previous model), now you can start picking on that one :D
Can I guess which will be your next sweet car to show off around here? Alfa Romeo Giulia?!

I do like the look of the Alfa, but SA is correct. No new cars here. Current shopping list for the wife includes:

CTS-V coupe or wagon
Cayman S
TTS

I will be driving the Red bomber or the puppywagon

I'm always looking for a G8 if the right one comes along.

He meant Critter was right (SA is just easier for him to spell)

Kelu I had the neighbors kid and gocart removed from the side of my car after he drove into it.

So I was right, you like Alfa  but also Critter was right, not SA, since when you confuse between Critter and SA? :D

Current shopping list for the wife includes:
CTS-V coupe or wagon

TTS
CTS-V I approve big time, Cayman S - okish but not great, TTS tell her to drop the idea.

I will be driving the Red bomber or the puppywagon
What are those? Pictures? :D

Kelu I had the neighbors kid and gocart removed from the side of my car after he drove into it.
Wow, that sounds interesting, any pictures? :D

Sweet, I like that dakota ;)
I was asking because when I searched for red bomber I got this from google:
https://rlv.zcache.co.uk/b_1_bomber_with_funny_lets_bone_custom_text_boyshorts-r00c03a7e532245319bcc5bfd34f09bb5_j8vm1_630.jpg?rlvnet=1&view_padding=%5B285%2C0%2C285%2C0%5D

2001 Dodge Dakota R/T 5.9
By today's standards, 250 hp is not much. 345 lbs is not bad.
My truck, all original (except paint) with 140,000 miles probably has about 175 hp and the posi is grenaded. But, that cast iron block 360 just keeps on going.

Someday- I will rebuild it and the transmission. My goal is 400/400 at the motor and absolutely reliable. The thing is tail happy now, it does not need more that 400 hp.
The interior looks immaculate and the $900 paint job looks like a Million$$.

Currently I'm in the process of replacing every bit of rubber. Bushings, motor mounts etc.

I had a 1999 R/T brand new in 99/00 and loved it. Life happened and I moved on. Now, I want to build this one. Even if it is a tiny step at a time.

Someday- I may bolt on a supercharger.

Someday.

A hemi guy?
My truck doesn't have a hemi.

I'm not opposed to a hellcat motor accidentally falling in to my truck though.

Your confusion is totally understandable. Dodge used a hemi in the 60-70s and then again a (fake) hemi beginning late 2000s.

My 5.9 is a Magnum.

Not better or worse, just different. It really is a great truck motor, but I want a great (sport) truck motor.

Yes, I read a little when I discovered how newbie I am about Hemis.

I like your plans, finished kitchen and bathroom? Then go for the sport motor ;)

Kitchen and bathroom are all done. Current version of the house is done. A few bits or trim and paint on the exterior need to be done and I need to build a workshop / shed and a few retaining walls.
Damn.... still a ways to go.
