Well Norm would not refund my money even though he said he would, so after 6 months I demanded the fenders.
I lost a lot of respect for him in this.
IMHO, I would put Norm on a Buyer beware list and suggest that people don't pay him in full. Instead only provide a deposit for materials.

There are only 2 I don't. It used to be 1 until Norm did not honor his word.
