New 2008 base Solstice owner
« on: December 17, 2017, 03:16:28 PM »
Just bought this car with 12,000 miles on it a few months ago. After 50 years of motorcycles I thought maybe I've pushed my luck long enough so this is my new toy. Replaced the original battery and one tire that had a box cutter blade embedded in it. All stock and in nice shape otherwise. I'm only now getting to really be used to it and enjoy reading here to learn more..
Glad to find you all, y'all.

Welcome to the Kappa life  :yay:

I also switched over from a bike into the vert.  I wanted a domestic rwd 4-cyl turbo car to play with, my only option was the Solstice/Sky platform.  These cars also caught me eye to begin with, so maybe I intentionally set the guidelines so that I end with a kappa car.
