(sarcasm on) Come over here and I show you the awesome support of the German automakers (sarcasm off).

I had two premium cars, an Audi 80 V6 Convertible and after that an Audi A3 Hunchback 2.0 FSI S-Line.
It has been like living in hell with these two cars and the Audi support.
Most of the time the cars needed to be repaired and I had to bring them to the dealer.
- After two years the convertible started to rust (hey our cars are zinc-plated / they don't rust / it's your fault / we don't pay for it).
- The wires for the electrical top are broken, hey we pay one and get 800 bucks from you for the other.
By the way we broke your trunk lid, the paint job is worse, but hey it's your car.
- Your rear window is broken, we installed a new one for 500 bucks / they had to replace it 5 times (water had been leaking into the car).
After the last time Audi burned down the top.
There has been much more of this and I decided to sell the car and to buy a new one (the A 3).
- On the first day when I got my brand new Audi I noticed a broken airbag and a broken trunk lid panel.
- One week later the frame of the driver seat had been broken.
- One month later the called me, because they wanted to replace the rear axel.
- Half a year later in summer the car didn't start anymore, hey we can't reproduce this issue we want you to pay for it (I still had warranty).
- Two month later Audi figured out what had been wrong with the car and these morons replaced a sensor 3 times , because they didn't talk with each other.
They damaged the car several times and guess who payed for it.

I didn't have such problems with GM, only with the Opel mechanics (We didn't break the fenders, maybe you did it)
I've talked several times to the aftersales manager in Detroit and Opel hasn't been happy about it, because they got a kick in the a..... from GM.
(Hope my English hasn't gotten worse)
