remove stock air box 2.0 Redline
« on: December 28, 2020, 06:41:40 PM »
I just got a hi flow air intake kit. Does any one have any tips for removing the stock air box. Can't seem to get it out? I am thinking I will have to remove the tubes that go to the intercooler. Thanks for any help for the new guy.

Not sure where you purchased your CAI (cold air intake) for the car but the DDMworks instructions will walk you through removing the stock airbox. They have other instructions on their site and great products for our cars, few vendors do these days.

Be sure to be careful that you don't break the plastic nipple that goes to the braided hose that comes off the valve cover.

And instructions for their charge tubes should you require them.
