Looks good although I'd be concerned about decreasing light output. The difference with a light tint such as that though might only be measurable with a light meter.

Just trying to do my part...

Mods: Lose the chicklets, VentureShield, Dual horns, AfterShock spoiler, Weathershield cover, Lil Chromies, Red calipers with black Solstice stickers, Opel GT antenna and Solo GXP-RCD exhaust with a Solo hi-flow cat!

I like the look.  I could remove my headlights.  The last time they were needed was several years ago.  All my driving is in the SUN.  :-)
