Having issues with the search function
« on: August 15, 2023, 05:19:25 PM »
This forum format is a little different than I'm used to. Is there an advanced search button I'm missing? Also. how do I search  "Yaw"?

Hmm.  The Search field on the site doesn't seem to be working.  As an alternative, go to google and type:

<your search word(s)> site:www.kappaperformance.com

Unfortunately, nothing comes up for "yaw" even then:

I'd agree with Mark, searching the site through Google is the best approach.

If it didn't find it, there was nothing mentioned with the posts for "yaw"  I search "code" and it works.

Shouldn't a search for yaw at least find this thread?

Checking the setting on the forum, it's supposed to cache index the posts.  Hostgator changed their login process and I can't get into the cPanel to verify the settings.  I'll need to call next week

strange that I search "setting" and my previous post comes up.  perhaps the search function needs a minimum of characters to run and 3 isn't it
