Topic: MECCA - The Goodbye - 27 Jul (Monday) at Wilmington Delaware Plant

So it would not be right in my mind to not give the folks who gave us our “Pride & Joy” anything less than a proper goodbye. I’m hoping that as many of you as possible can join me at the Boxwood Road Plant here in Wilmington Delaware.

The date is Monday July 27th. NOON AT THE PLANT PARKING LOT...

We will contact the hotel about a block of rooms and post up that information shortly.

Of course we will make it a classic MECCA style event and have a dinner or two, some late night parking lot discussions and some “twisties” for those who want to drive.

If you have questions post them up and I’ll try to answer what I know, when I know it.

Would love to say I'm coming back, but the last trip took more out of me then I can say. Good luck to all of you at the plant and to those of you that are going, make sure that you send them off the right way. (What am I saying, there is no question that you will.)

When I first started I wanted to say hi online to everyone before going to the meet and I PM'd Momsol letting her know that I was posting, I wasn't spam and it wasn't showing up. She immediately helped me out.

I also had someone PM me to introduce herself (referred by someone locally), she couldn't receive my response so I PM'd Cerberus and he helped me get the response through.

Hmmm ... the post you did yesterday in the MECCA thread was approved yesterday ... two other post in other threads were already approved.

Sorry that approval is not instantaneous ... sometimes life just gets in the way.
