If you would like a Solo HF cat, you can order through me.  Drop me a PM if you would like, as I work for Jeff and Solo Performance.

Okay, just ordered my high flow cat from Steve at Solo. So now I have the Hahn Intercooler, Solo High Flow Cat, Magnaflow 3" pipes with quad tips and a tune. As soon as the new parts arrive and are installed I'll have my upgrade done to my tune for the new additions. Should turn my little "go fast" into a little "really go fast". Thanks for all the help guys! I can't wait till it's all installed.

There is a pontential the the cat may not interface properly with the magnaflow. The MF front end is reduced to 2.5". Solo will sell you a new front end 3" with a band clamp that replaces the MF 2.5"

Yeah, the particulars actually have to be worked out once Steve is finished with his day job. I'll make sure that I ask him about that. Want to make sure there is no restrictions at all through this system. Thanks for the heads up Joe. Knew I could count on you.

G8TR I was watching your post from behind the scenes, I was trying to look for a cheaper solution for my case, I wanted a good turbo-back exhaust but the shipping was killing me.

I nailed a message to Steve (spiky3480) with a bunch of hard questions regarding my situation, he had awesome solutions and he nailed me back with an offer which I couldn't resist. The end of story: I will buy a catless downpipe + mach cat-back + norm's rear diffuser fascia, i'm too poor to go for cheapest solutions (this is a romanian saying translated).

I'm glad I see i'm not the only one in this situation  :yay:

Kelu, I do understand. My father always taught us to buy what we could best afford. If you buy cheap you end up having to replace it, which will cost you more. With this car I keep buying the best and will continue to do so. I will eventually buy Norm's rear diffuser, as we are planning on repainting the car. Then I will get it and have it match the car.
Looks like you are doing all the right things for your car. You should be #1 soon.

G8TR - Check your cat when it arrives. We've gotten 2 that had a 2 1/2" outlet, rather than a 3". I just spoke with Jeff at Solo and he was not aware of that as an issue. He is going by the shop that fabs the cats for them to check it out. The first one we got was at the recent Mod Meet at Joe's place. We were caught in no-man's land and had to grind it out to 3" to make it fit that weekend. Jeff is going to replace the one I rec'd today with another that he has confirmed is a 3" outlet. Great service and delivery. Can't fault them for a (somewhat) minor issue like this. They are making it right.

Jeff

I just called Jeff for you G8TR, just to make sure yours will go out correctly.  Yours is going out today and will have a 3" outlet!
