Hi, I recently joined solsticeforum.com which has been great at helping with details while I went through the process of purchasing my new solstice, and Treeman was kind enough to invite me over here also since there are a lot of NOVA people on here.  I have had my car for just a week but I am having so much fun with it :brnout: (no burnouts though!)  Anyway, maybe I will get to meet with some of you if there is a nearby event.

Quick question - I have a few issues with the new car - and I am hoping to find a trustworthy dealer here that is good with attention to detail and CARE of it while it's there, a place that will protect the car while they work on it and not leave me with more problems.  The window on the driver's side is kind of messed up and needs to be fixed among a few other cosmetic issues.  The dealer we got it at is too far away to go back for service, so can you tell me of positive dealer experiences in the MD/VA/DC area that you would trust with your NEW baby?

Thanks if you can help, and again "hello" to all of my Soli neighbors!  :urock:

One more vote for Koon's of Manassas, ask for Jay. He is "our guy" tell him that folks on the forum sent you. He knows me very well, has helped a lot of people with some tough warranty issue's. By the way on select Wednesday nights the NOVA folks meet at Hooters in Manassas, but if anyone asks you are going to NAPA for parts.

Do you know if Koons has their own body shop on the premises?

They have there own body shop, it is about a mile away, not at the dealership. I had some work done there on my truck.

Koons of Manassas but I have to admit that Alexandria Pontiac which used to be on Pickett St. and is now at 1800 Old Richmond Hwy did great work on my car by getting my starter put in on a Saturday.

I'm not one of those team jumpers when the season isn't looking good.  Since you are somewhat local, will you be coming the meet in October?
