Some weeks ago I had replacement gauge faces made by BlackCatCustom and installed them along with the white LED upgrade.  These were white faces with black text during the day, that backlit at night turned into black faces with white text.  Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed.  The compromises caused by the inverting-color dials caused a lot of bleeding/smearing, plus a problem at dusk when the faces wash out (both face and text are matching gray  :idk:).

Soooo.... I worked with Alex at Black Cat and went to constant white text and black face.  Just put them in tonight.   WAY better and much more 'factory' looking.  Take a look...


Oh and in case you didn't notice, how's THAT for a trunk-open idiot light icon, eh?  Yes, it's my avatar!


These were the old ones at night, you can see the new ones (above) are much clearer...
