Damn, even you discovered this? :( I will be called copycat when I will post my pictures :( but I will try to make something unique :D

BSRL: one quick question, what type of vinyl you used? I used 3M all around and about door handles I don't think will last even has been only one day since I installed them. It was installed without disassemble the doorhandles.

It's ok
I don't mind being copied

FYI- The Vinyl Tony from ASP uses is high quality Avery EZ Wrap films
To me, it looks like it's going to last quite well.   The top center of the windshield is an area that does get hit alot and that's holding up well on everyone's I've seen wrapped.

Elff: I was referring will not last because will unglue, already did a little detach in the area where is very curvy with a small radius because the vinyl is thick. I think I will end up remove them and paint the door handles and the rear Opel badge.
I applied it without warranty, the shop informed me I might have this issues upfront.

Now I have a new problem, I can't stick the WindResctrictor anymore because the glue is gone because of 2 attach/detach and surface of 3M CF look vinyl which is textures.

Removing the door handles is pretty easy.
It's documented in Pictures pretty well on this forum.  Literally only a couple of bolts and 1 philips head screw.

I really think you need them off the car to get a good wrap.
I was planning on getting the back area wrapped on my car and went with the Version 1 of the Windrestrictor to avoid what you are now running into.
Can you possible add attachments to a different location, Or maybe drill a couple holes in the WR and attach it like version 1?

Ditto what elff said.  I too have the ASAP vinyl and I also wrapped the door handles while they were off.  The only way to prevent it from peeling back on the edges is to wrap it underneath with it off the car and when you reinstall the handles it will it will hold the edges in place better.  But if you do take them off you certainly can just paint them.  If any of my parts start peeling like that then I will likely just paint them black instead of re-wrapping them.

Thanks for the info guys.
About re-attaching WindRestrictor I'm thinking to help it with some glue like SuperGlue but those kind of glue burns the surface of the vinyl.

About door handles I didn't decided yet, I will leave them for a couple of weeks to see how it react over time, I don't like the look because for me it just too flashy.

Decided to take some pictures with my phone because the photographer decided to change his signature in this period and he will not release my pictures until he doesn't decide with the new design, damn those artists  :idiot:

Headlights and Turn Signal/Fog lights painted interiors. Headlights is easy to be opened and painted but I don't recommend to anyone to do same with turn signal/projector because of the shape and different glue. Mine were made by some guys which are doing this for 2 years as main activity. I initially did only the headlights, that was a smooth process, but because of the differences we decided to do turn signals also. When they tried to open them they saw will be a pain but after a day of fighting we end up having a pretty good result. I have them on my car for more than 2 weeks and no problems with water even it rained and washed the car 2-3 times.

Hood vents and frame around windshield covered with 3M matte CF look.
I forgot to take pictures with the other thing covered in 3M sticker like door handles, pins holes of the soft top from the trunk, passage behind the seats.

[ Guests cannot view attachments ]
Center 3rd stop lights painted with clear paint on 3 layers.

[ Guests cannot view attachments ]
Center backup light -fog stop light painted with clear paint on 3 layers but it looks darker in reality.

Main stoplights not done yet. Also rims and Opel rear badge left to be painted in future.

Just an aside,
Is there anyway you or your fellow countrymen can somehow arrange for a stage to fall on Madonna.

Thanks guys for your replies, makes me feel great when those kind of words are coming from people like you.

Hey Kelu
Just an aside,
Is there anyway you or your fellow countrymen can somehow arrange for a stage to fall on Madonna. :D
Madonna left the building already, the concert was taking place about a mile from my apartment, it was in downtown and whole center of the city had traffic issues in that day, I didn't attend to the concert because I wanted to save the money to go to King of Europe on drag next weekend. Too many security guys to make the stage fall ;))

Uranium-238 Finally, I did something useful for others, until now I was only a sponge of information.

I will keep this post updated with every change which will happen in future in this process.
