After much research, I believe these are what I'm going to next - can't beat the price for the performance.

Man, these tires have one seriously aggressive tread.
I can't wait to wear off that new tire shit and put these to this test.

Also,
I really need to have my alignment checked more often.  My Toe in was fawked.  These PA roads are murder on cars.
I can't believe how much better it tracked coming back from my tire install.

Hijackers!

Not my fault either, I was born this way!  I blame the politicians and the forum moderators.  They made me the way I am.  I want a bail out plan and special treatment because I am different.

Wow, These tires are insanely sticky.  Took some serious effort to finally get them to break away.
Stock GY's I could do it with no thought.
So now my launches are extremely efficient with the tires immediately pushing the car forward vs spinning.
I can't wait to see how these do on Saturday and Sunday.

Hell Yea
I have to time some 1/4 mile times again.  Previously I spinning like crazy at the beginning.
The way these launch, I am positive I'll shave at least .5 second off the time.

Thanks Ben!!

You da Man.

Don't thank me, thank Dunlop!  And yourself for being willing to pop for the no-compromise (if not cheapest) ultra-high performance tire short of near R comps. out there.  I gave up trying to convince others a while back.

Additional Review notes.
Driving out to Canton Ohio I was in 4+hrs of a Torrential downpour.
Visibility at times was about 30'
Throughout all of it, these Dunlops provided excellent traction.
I think I will go out on a limb and say, these are the bet wet weather performance tires I have ever had.

So now I have been able to see how awesome they are in dry conditions,
I saw a huge improvement in AutoX
and there is no downside in wet weather.

I would have bought these instead of my DZ101's but they weren't out yet.  The Star specs will definitely be my next set of tires.

What is interesting is that the Benchmark tire is the Michellen Pilot PS2, and absent from the test is the Goodyear GS-D3's.
Tire rack comparison test of the above 2 tires have them pretty much equal.

every body has an opinion.  Tire Rack, Sportscar Magazine, etc.  It all comes down to who you trust.  Either way, they are probably all recieving a little kick back from someone to say something.  Why do you think I'm friends with Critter, SA, KWhale etc.  They all pay me.  Simple economics.
