so flash's onwer tells us the butresses were a design compromise, that the top would have been easier to execute if not for the butress's but once they showed the car with the butresses they were stuck with them I am wondering what the top would look like without those, can someone erase them and post pic? if so, thanx in advance |

And IMO, it doesn't look that bad without the buttresses. Certainly no worse than any other convertible top on the roads. IMO those building hardtops for these cars really ought to quit worrying about modeling something similar onto them. That way solving the trunk issue is easy. |
