Changed oil & zip tied upper radiator hose to airbox clip. Starting to rub on sharp edged fan housing. Figured that would be better than loosening the clamps twisting the hose & likely introducing air in the system. Just need to remember to do it when the time comes to open the system again. Something worth checking if you haven't.

Washed it, for the first time all winter. Surprised to see that the coat of wax I put on it last summer held up to all the salt quite nicely.

Got word today that my SOLO Hi Flow CAT is on its way Monday! I am excited to get this in and to get my Z0K springs in before the SMMM8. Next install will be brake lines , coil cover and possibly a powder coated valve cover.

Washed mine and the coupe.  Dark Tech did a pro-polish and sealant on the paint.   Sure looks awesome.

Buffed out some scratches on the hood.  The brother's cat apparently jumped on it but it was too slick for it so it dug in with it's claws.  It was still to slick! Dumb ass cat!

I've already told my brother that I won't be taking the car back to his house because his cat will come up missing if I find any more scratches on it.  I've been to a lot of Asian countries, all they'll find is fur and bones.

100% serious about a dead cat though, you can't train them.  Call me cruell but I don't care!

It was very nice of you to let it off with just a warning. I'm actually surprised it's not already missing or is it?!?!?  :o

Dr. Gronk
 1. Why did you take out the boost control ? 2.How old is it ?is it .3. Manual or electric?   :idk:

Sorry, just catching up on the forums.
1. I didn't need it anymore, the Trifecta tune uses the ECU for boost control.  2. I guesstimate 2 years old, Bill Hahn Jr put it in to control boost when the Hahn boost upgrades were done. 3. It's an electric, the GReddy Profec B Spec2... though I decided to hang on to it for a while as I'll be playing with tunes this summer.

I know, right? Too bad I'm here in VA and Amelia is tucked safely away in Charleston in my garage. I don't think they'd like me too much in the tunnels around here.

Probably not. ;)

Remember what fun we had in Myrtle Beach after you got the SC. I know you liked that race car road that I showed you (minus that one cop by the hotel). :)

That was a great time indeed. My car was much quieter back then. As it is now, the sound in the tunnels would either WOW you or annoy the piss out of you depending on your personality. The locals around here, esp. the cops, would probably hate me. They complain about fighter jet noise. To me, it's the sound of freedom and so is the sound of my car!  :usa:

I just put a new spoiler on my SKY and had the rear fascia painted to Black Onyx to match the car, but can't post any photos yet. I think that I need 10 posts before I can. Is this correct ?

Preping mine for the trip to Korea.  I'm driving to Portsmouth, VA in the AM to drop it off at the Vehicle Processing Center.  In order to ship it, I have to have 6 inches of clearance.  It was somewhere around 3 whith it being lowered.

So I jacked up the front end (Found an easier way to do it with it being so low), removed the wheels and adjusted my front shocks 1 7/8ths inches higher.  The rear wheels are already as high as they can go. This gives me about 5 7/8" at the bottom of the front splitter.  The car drives completely different.  I feel like I'm driving at a 45 deg angle! LOL!!!

LOL! Nope!  This year in Korea will make 42 months out of the country, give or take some time off for slightly good behaviour. In my (almost) 15 year career, I've spent around 8 years overseas.
