I have the GMPP Tune and the 3bar sensors already installed What will the wreks stage 2 tune cost  to put on my 08 GXP ??

ok since im to stupid to understand this then I will ask. Since I already have hpt and a aftermarket tune, all I would need is the sensors and anther tune is that correct

I do believe you are correct!  Although I have not heard how much better the tune can be on an otherwise stock car, simply by changing the sensors.  If I recall correctly, the sensors have the most benefits when used in conjuction with "big" mods (bigger turbo, ic, exh, bottle wishbones, that sort of stuff.

The different sensors do you no good on a stock engine and in fact will cause codes to be thrown.  GM specced them because they operate at higher boost pressures and their policy of always maintaining a certain headroom above maximum boost required slightly higher rating sensors, otherwise there is no benefit at all.

Given that these sensors are kicking around, and that anyone with the GMPP tune will have them, the after market guys have been adapting tunes to them, and as in the case of Werks, have apparently been able to gain some advantage from them.

I haven't seen a description of what these sensors offer the tuners that stock ones don't, except that they operate at slightly higher maximum pressure, but I'd be interested in hearing if there is any other advantage.

Anyone know if i can buy the aftermarket sensors. then "sell" my GMPP tune to someone else who wants the factory warranty? then take that money and put it towards and aftermarket tune?

Tune is linked to a VIN number so the short answer would be "NO"
