Welcome to the forum, DE.  The photo of your daughter with her new Sol is great.  Besides the turn signal mod that Joe mentioned, I recommend getting rid of the GM chicklets as they serve no useful purpose.

Anyway, have fun here.  You will meet a lot of friendly people most of whom are very knowledgable about our kappa kars.

2008 Brazen GXP, nicknamed FALCON because they fly at high speeds, change direction quickly, and dive at speeds that exceed 200 mph making them the fastest-moving creatures on earth.

I plan on the turn signal mod, have ordered the Kappa Attic (along with the Kappa Pouches, can't resist a good deal), ordered a switchblade keychain fob off eBay (we only got one key and fob with the car - hope it works).

But what is a chicklet (besides the daughter)???  And how do I get rid of it (I am keeping the daughter though, although sometimes...).

The chicklets are the square GM emblems on the front fenders, sometimes also called pimples.  Some people think that the badges detract from the cars looks others just think they are an obstacle to clean around.  Personally I am proud to own (and sometimes drive) an American car and don't mind the fact that GM made my GXP so mine are still where the factory placed them.

PS this was my 1000 post and get this Moby it was a serious post.

I would remove the chicklets just for ease of washing the car.  They constantly tear up wash mits and microfiber towels.  It is very very simple to do.

Oh yeah, welcome to the forum.
