As some of you guys have already noticed.  I've upgraded to a new hosting service and the forum is running much faster.   
Your local time will need to be updated, go to Your Profile -> Look and Layout - Time Offset (auto detect) and click Change Profile to save the settings.

With this upgrade comes other enhancements:

For supporting members.  Attachments sizes allowed now are 4 meg in size with no more than 40 meg per post.  10 Attachments per post. 
Acceptable attachments are doc, gif, jpg, pdf, png, txt, zip, xls, ppt.

See Donations  to become a supporting member.

Gallery photos are now allowed up to 4 meg in size and no more than 3000 x 3000 pixels.

Thanks for being patient while I searched for a better way to serve you all.

p.s.  As soon as Simple Machines Forum programmers release their 2.0 final release candidate, I'll be upgrading the software to 2.0 which will come with multimedia enhanced support as well as posting in WYSIWYG.
