Sometimes noise is difficult to trace on these cars. Check the shock on that side and see if it is wet. If it is, then it is probably leaking and may be letting the car down a bit. There isn't much room in there. You are going to have to get it in the air, pull the tire and see if you can see a rub spot in the liner. It may be as simple as putting a tap screw in to pull the liner away from the tire.
