I have been waiting for a comment on this as well but am thinking of going forward with the OCC this company (link below) has made for them, which is in the DC area and has offered to let me come by and pick a couple up at a discount from the $114 asked on ebay.  The cheaper ones on e-bay that don't give a good description suggest to me that they may be just an empty can.

Yesterday I pulled the intake of my wife's coupe.  The car is completely stock and it had oil in the turbo like Shabby's car from back in Jan 07.   She wants a OCC also

The cans are same as functionality, all have same filter, the differences between Saikou stages are the dimensions of the can and dimensions of the nipples.

What you consider a few days, may not be the same exact few days that Dave is talking about.  Yours are probably consecutive, and Dave's are random

DDMWorks, I am adding to my order...at the NASSM in Austin, Texas.  You already have us down for the DDMWorks Cross Bay Brace in "RED".   Now, please take note and add the LNF Oil Catch Can (OCC) from DDMWorks that you are in the process of developing.  I realize this product is somewhat new in your line.  Where would the appropriate placement be for it to be most effective?  Also, would the placement in any way hinder the place where the DDMWorks Cross Bay Brace in "Red" is most effective?  There has been some discussion on this in another thread on this forum.  Please also add the price for installation.  Thanks in advance for your response.  I would really like both products installed at the NASSM in Austin, Texas.

Update... I just sent you an e-mail on 09-04-2010, please hold Wednesday, June 22nd open for both installs, and possibly more.

Thanks,
GXPinKC

Well hopefully I can find the intergalactic passageway to Dave's World so I can work on his schedule to! :)

Sorry for the delay, we hit 88mph on one of the test cars and....

Anyway, I have checked a couple catch cans and can make them work and for someone that wants the cheapest thing possible I think that is going to be the way to go. What I have instead started to work on is a catch can that will be very specific to the Kappa. It is a custom piece that is going to mount next to the fuse box closer to the engine and mount to the same bracket as the fuse box. This is one of the places that will not interfere with the cross bay brace, power steering relocation and make plumbing good for the lines to and from the engine.

That is the update for right now.
Thanks,
Dave

will it be ready for MMM8?  I would love to practice on everybodys cars so that when I get home with mine it will be really easy...  Perhaps I can fly in to your shop and then hitch a ride on the roof of the van to MMM8 with you and Randy.  That way I could get skooled by the pros.

Chuck came over today and I checked inside the IC, no oil inside so it has to be a bad PCV valve and we couldn't see it.  I used my Helminc DVD and it said the valve was inside the intake manifold.  We opted not to change it as I didn't know if I would need a new gasket.  Chuck will take it to the dealer for the part change.

Chuck, make sure you tell them you want the old part back, that way you know they did the work.

Just a little update for everyone, design is complete on the custom fit catch can and we are waiting for fabrication to get us back a quote and a production sample to test on the car, should see it towards the end of next week. Once we have some pictures I will post them up and we should have pricing at the same time. Have a great weekend!

Thanks,
Dave
