Need someone who can install a clear bra

Is there anyone in or around Maryland or Pennsylvania that is any good at installing a clear bra?  The places around here that are listed by 3M want over a grand to do it, and that just seems excessive to me.  I can probably manage the job myself, but would really be better off with someone that knows what they are doing.  I can definitely make it worth your while!  Anyone, or any suggestions?
