Cleared the inbox....

18x9.5s would work...are they 5x120?

Yes Google says they are.

Make me an offer on the set and I will relay the message. See if we can set something up :)

I don't want the set.  17s do nothing for me :(

Furthermore, I have to figure out this hub situation first.  I'll let you know :)
Sorry it's not a quick sale.

No worries. They will continue to sit where they have for the past 3 yrs. Pops upgraded to the new c6 style wheels so the C5 wheels just sit.

And come on! 17s would fill the front end out nicely!

I don't think 17s would clear the front brakes...I could be wrong.

I wanted to provide an update since it has been.......8 months?  LOL

I think I'll blame my absence on the fact that our first child was born 3 months ago!  Rhys Campbell!

Anyhow, the build continues but it is now in the capable hands of Dave of DDMWorks.  The car is on loan to them until further notice.  I really can't imagine what devilish plans Dave has in store for her.

As for my drifting career, it has taken a turn inline with the trend which, as many have stated, is often a wise choice.  I signed with SIKKY's Drift Team (www.sikky.com) late last year just after SEMA and have since been working hard on another build:

We are currently on track to debut the car this weekend at the US Drift event at VIR.

I go the update from Dave when I was down there a couple of weeks ago.  But didn't want to spoil your fun.  :D

I think you made a wise choice.  As much as we all love the kappa's I really think you are now on a platform that has a lot more support in the drifting community.

Good Luck, keep us posted on how you do over the season.  Hope to see you break into Formula D some time in the near future.
