That's a universal weld-on kit.

I wouldn't touch it...

No problem, I just saw them on E-bay and thought I would share. The OP didn't specify bolt-on.

Jim, thanks for the post, I know i diddnt specify that they had to be bolt on.  It is a good price but i would prefer to be able to reverse the mod if needed.

With the bolt on. Do you have to do any cutting to install them on the body or door?

No need to cut either the body or the door but there is a little cutting to do. Nothing that isn't reversible meaning they can be removed from the car and the stock hinges re-installed down the road if you wish.

Here's a how to Joe put together some time ago.

There is a cut that has to be made on the backside of the fender, and on the underside of the hood.

The cutting of the hood is only on the solstice.
You do not have to cut the hood On the sky.
Also, the fenders on the solstice are metal so you will need to immediately paint that to prevent rust. The sky fender is fiberglass

Elff - Buzz has a sol, not a sky that is why I mentioned cutting the hood.  by the way not all sol's have metal fenders.

That would be quite a trick on a convertible.

does the coupe door have a fully surrounded window?  If not, then gull wing is out.  I would think it's like the vert and the window has no surround, but I'm not sure.

Side windows surround, No . I would have to modify a aftermarket Hardtop. Which at the present time I have two.

Jim

You can go gull wing like on the Mercedes McLaren SLR. The upper pivot point is on the windshield surround. It's a work of genius.

That is pretty cool! Not bolt on with our cars, but different enough, almost, to do it instead of the vertical doors.

I was up close and personal with one of these at the last car show I attended in Nov. last year. I took pictures of the doors in case I ever wanted to try and replicate their hinge design. Also, the way that the hood opens and the track that it uses is pretty cool as well.
