I can verify that the bushing I received, the 9.5167 and 4.5193 were not the same internal diameter.
There was visible gap in the 4.5193.
The outer diameters are different as well.  I could not use the stock brackets with the 9.5167 bushings.

Maybe someone packaged the wrong bushings at the Energy suspension factory.  It's not like that never occurs.
I believe the bushings have the size on the side of them.  I'll verify when I get home.
Sounds like that may be the issue - wrong bushings.  They are , however, definitely different outside diameters - that's correct.

I did get the 4.5193 models for mine first (sent them back 'cos I was expecting brackets too).  I tried clipping them over my front sway by hand and they seemed to fit fine on mine, just like with JimVB.  Seems to indicate further that you got the wrong contents :(

 Now that we got all that straight...
Let me throw another one in there. I was given a GXP rear swaybar & a set of Energy bushings at the meet last year. The bushings were too large for the GXP rear sway bar but just for bordum about a week ago I got the Idea to try them on my stock front swaybar (09 N/A) & they fit perfect. Why I waited a year to try this I couldn't tell you  :idk:
1-1/16" P/N 9.5162G
Those are the model numbers that fit the rear GXP Z0K bars, not the standard rear GXP bar - so makes sense they didn't fit :).  Interesting they fit the front though.  I'm surprised that the front NA bar is so small.

UPDATE:  Yep, they are... just checked 'the reference' here: http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/f42/suspension-packages-usage-58501/ .  The GXP Z0K rear and NA std fronts are the same diameter.

I'll let everyone know in about 30 minutes
I'm kinda disappointed as I did a really good job on my JVB Brackets and wanted to use them, vs the Energy suspension ones.

Anyone know if the stock brackets are the same front and back?

I believe so (from memory) but don't hold me to that :)

That might explain why I couldn't find the right ones in black, and had to order red.

Apparently the G part number is different than the R part number from a size

Look at this pic.  It clearly shows the size is wrong
(Image removed from quote.)

Interesting. The 1-3/8 is the same.

That's just wrong!  1 3/8" is 35mm.  But they quote it as 34mm.  Bizarro

Excellent! :yay:

And I didn't even have to go searching for that long lost bushing picture that I took.

I just received my 9.5162 R bushings from Summit
[Pretty amazing since I ordered them on Friday]
OK - so now, I'm confused... I thought you were looking for front bar bushings?  Those are 1 1/16" ID for the Z0K rear bar (or, as Jimmy found out, the N/A front bar).  You're trying for the Redline stock front bar, right?  (Or am I actually confused? :))

See, Crystal Clear  :idk:
Aahhhhhh... ze mists are clearing... :usa:

OK, so just to let you know, I went ahead and ordered the 4.9153 (again) for my front sway - even though I have the 9.5167R ones+brackets still in a box, un-mounted.  Will let you know if these fit my car (and what size ends up printed on the side)

Turns out 9.5167R  IS the correct size for the Front FE3 Sway Bar so I Installed them with their greasable brackets.
OK so one more thing.  Did you have any issue with using the 9.5167R, given their reduced height?  Does is pre-load the front bar as Goat had said?  Or is it unnoticeable?  (That was why I never mounted mine.)
