sloppy slalom
« on: February 25, 2011, 02:54:03 PM »
Here is a video that was taken last summer by a local competitor. The temps were about 100F, humidity was 50ish, but there was a breeze. ALL of us were burning up, and as the day went on, the driving became ......... umm .................. less polished. This was my last run, I was baked, had consumed a couple gallons of liquids (ALL of which seemed to have been sweated away), and I was on my way to the van to fire it up and sit in the A/C for a while. The "interview" was NOT my idea, but the water soaked head gear was a matter of desperation and WORKED. (disclaimer; I have no idea who that clown with the umbrella was)

Nice save!   Hands up roller coaster was the best part of the run.
Make the right choices now

Can't. Wife sleeps with him, and he has the keys to my shop and tool boxes.

I'm glad to see that I am not the only idiot to accidently hit the wind sheild wiper blades on. I have removed my blades to avoid this distraction and it improves aerodynamics.
