WTB: Drive Shaft Spider Coupler
« on: January 28, 2009, 06:51:38 PM »
As the title says.  I am in need of the rubber spider coupler that goes in between the Diff and the driveshaft assy.  It can only be ordered from Pontiac with the driveshaft and that is $500.  I would rather not buy a whole driveshaft.  PM me if you have one.

No kidding?

If that rubber part ever dies we have to order a whole new drive shaft?  What a bunch of knuckle heads, I wonder how GM will try and say that is not part of the power train and therefore not covered under warranty.

Unbelievable.  I have called a few salvage yards and they want me to buy the whole driveshaft too.

I wonder who makes this part for GM.  If you knew that then you might be able to get one form them.
