I think the stage3 is just going to be more power than I need.  The Sky has become my favorite car out of my others, and I really want it to be reliable and last me a lot of years.  I'm also nervous about breaking her loose and wrecking her.  Absolutely my favorite car I've ever owned.

If you're getting a SC, you're probably going to want to keep the exhaust to help with flow...the stock exhaust will restrict flow a bit when using forced induction.

So you are going to add more power so it will break loose and wreck easier..lol.
Good luck, have fun and enjoy the upgrade.

There are additional items needed (not required but needed) to get the most out of a STAGE III

better clutch
header
hi flow cat
a better flowing exhaust
depends (for the first few times you mash the gas or ride with Dave)

I'm not sure if you read my post correctly.... or if your reading glasses are on....

My point being that 227hp is n't going to get the rear very 'squirrely.'  plus I have an automatic and traction control.   I don't do much WOT other than getting on the interstate, I love punching her to get on.  The main reason for the stage1 is that the 2.4L is pretty pathetic for passing and changing lanes on the interstate.  NO TORQUE!   the stage1 will make her feel more legitimate in this sense.
I've been modding and racing cars most of my life, won plenty of races, and am not roaming around looking for dogfights anymore LOL
Just want to improve this beautiful car.

Good point.  I'll be buying the hi-flow cat as well.  still on the fence with the exhaust.  even less-inclined to it though because of the giant chrome tip....  I may have to chop it off and weld something else onto the end.  probably a flat black tip so it's less-pronounced.

I LOVE that SOLO floats around on the forums.  So few vendors pay such close attention to their market.  Very cool. :yay:

Should have bought an 07....

Never knew there really was a difference.  Have you checked parts to see if PNs are different?
