Well I after doing some tests with the vacuum gauge I found that the T sensor on the intake mani is acting strangely. I'm getting a constant vacuum from the mani but on the other two ports that go to the bov there in zero vacuum. Is that normal?

I would recirc the bov but I don't have anything to do it with and if I have to buy something I would rather upgradethe whole valve.

Sorry for the time in between replays, we went to see Harry Potter.  It was awesome.  Anywho

I was talking about the Turkey sound and fluttering/surge.

Out of Curiosity, what Air Intake do you have?
I do have a drop in rpms but only at a complete stop.  That is something that is related to what Miller said about the MAF location  and is particular to the intake.  Some are better than others and the location of the MAF on the intake is extremely important. [Search for a thread by Kagem about his issues]
Miller had that issue, I believe he was able to get rid of it without re-circulating but going to a different intake.   Re-Circulating will definitely solve the issue.

Steve has a custom DDM intake and with the Synapse Anti-Stall, he was able to fix his.  I personally can't run the Anti-stall without getting an engine code in which the ECM thinks the Bypass valve is stuck.

I actually got a line on a GMPP Intake and think I might buy it just to test out.  I know I can sell that in a heart beat if it doesn't make a change.  I see people looking for them all the time.  I also am curious about the GMPP intake because my Dejon one rubs my hood liner and I can not adjust it anymore.

I have the k&n intake ( not the drop in). Its interesting that maf  location causes such an issue.
Do you happen to have a picture of how your bov lines are routed to the T sensor on intake mani? I'm starting to believe mine may be faulty.

I have a thread on the sky forum that shows this.

BOV Line is the one my thumb is on. Boost line (from the IC pipe) goes to the port going toward the drivers side of the car. (at least this is how mine is setup) Manifold is on the side facing the camera (drivers side)

Does anyone know how much vacuum there should be after that tee? I'm not getting any vacuum and that may be why my bov isn't working

That K&N intake has been known to cause issues.

I have mine setup just like yours Kelu.  That's how it should be.

I tried setting it up the way Dejon has it on his website and I got Crazy Surge/flutter.

John
Make sure you have it the way it is in Kelu's picture.

Oh, and your hoses are running same as Millers.

Between the Solenoid and the manifold is where I have my gauge setup. I get about 19 "hg at idle and when I am coasting in neutral down the road I get 20" Hg

If you have no vac at the manifold

GJ: because my GT was sitting in the garage for 3 months, horses are tired and they need to rest. Oh, I never had a clean engine bay because everybody is scared to wash it around here.

Miller: same here, I hooked up the boost gauge in the hose between solenoid and manifold, there a black T fitting with a hose going toward brake fluid reservoir.

We need to move the T fitting from gauge on the other hose to answer correctly to John?

Yea kelu I'm talking about after the sensor, like the hose to the bov for example . I have steady vacuum at idle going into the sensor but on the two lines out there is no vacuum I'm wondering if that is normal

No Idea. I have never had a reason to put a gauge on that side of the solenoid.
