Arabas, thanks for posting the clips of the 2011 Acropolis Rally in Greece!  Awesome indeed, can't imagine how that young driver was able to escape even by a measure of inches!!!  Very lucky indeed he was.  When I saw it the first time my reaction was horror cause I thought he was going to perish for sure.  He must have had someone resting on his shoulder at the time guiding his reactions.

On another point, I must say that your lovely country is much like the State of Arizona here in the USA.  I mention it because Rob was born in Tucson, Arizona and we lived there for some time.  I love the picturesque and beautiful country you are lucky to live in!  You are blessed indeed!!!  :2c: :brnout: :woohoo: :urock: :usa:

That's is some Hard Core Mad Skillz right there.

I love how they have to bleep his comment out immediately because he is so jacked up.

A change of underware for both him and his co-pilot and they are ready to race again.  you don't really see how close it is until the last slowmo.  I don't think it was even an inch from the front tire to the tree, it may have even touched

How did that not do damage to the rear tire/suspension?

it is a WRC car, especially set up for the harsh Greek terrain of Rally Acropolis. i have seen worse terrain than this, with huge rocks and these cars just go over them like they are peanuts. these cars are monsters...

here is another nice video that shows among others how rough the terrain can be
