Coupe Rear Brake Lights
« on: July 09, 2011, 03:33:41 PM »
With the coupe hard top design covers part of the brake light, GM redesigned them.  To remove them, you must remove the wheel and wheel liner.

Here is some photo I took while installing the backup camera for the coupe.

You can see the thumb screws that have to be removed to lift the tail light.   I thought I would be able to replace the bulb without removing the tail light too, but you can't see it.

Boy ya' had me there Joe. When ya' said break light instead of brake light, I thought you had broken them in the coupe.

Great write up but it sucks you have to take so much apart to change a bulb. It's getting to be pretty standard across all manufacturers now though it seems.
Just trying to do my part...
