Washed my SKY and put my 'street wheels' back on.
They are ACE Radiums in chrome with stock Eagle F1 rubber
My race wheel are chrome SKY Redline rims with 265/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires.
When the money fairy arrives I will buy OZ or other lightweight wheels

I got all the parts I need to install a prototype DDM product onto my car this weekend.

Will report back upon completion.

Tossed on the rack to carry a muffler to New Jersey tomorrow.

Then off to Atlantic City, but I better post that in the other thread!

Really?  "A prototype DDM product"?  That's all you can say?  Really?

I've got one too. AKA a ported head. I think I'm only one of three cars to have one. Not sure what Kenny's got from them. It could be any number of things cause there's always prototype stuff laying around @ DDM.

Want....... eventually. I know there is a certain 3800/2.0/2.4 vendor that has these things already but dont want to deal with them in particular because they dont strictly deal with us rwd guys like ddm does (well aside for the other cars on their site, but they know kappas) and are mostly fwd crowd. Even though their the same engines, i dunno. Its weird with me. lol

As much as I would never put the rack on my decklid, I must say that thing probably really does come in handy. I can think of quite a few trips where a rack would have been SO useful.

Lookin' good Jim!

As for my kappa, tomorrow It will be getting a wash, detail and figuring out how to get an ex football superstar to sit on the back without damaging it. Hope it all works out...

Yeah, it is either that or take my wife's Nissan Rogue to a Kappa meet. I only put the rack on in times like these, otherwise it stays in the garage.

Thanks,

Jim

 I was actually referring to myself. I put all the handling upgrades on the car that I could and it's made what I think is a big difference. To drive on the street...

I'm a wanna be racer.

I guess I qualify as a wanna be racer right now as well. It's been almost a year since I've autocrossed last because work is so busy. :(

Still, at least I have a job. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to have my problem...

Lookin' to get a set of Pilot Super Sport tires for the GXP. Although I don't know that I can justify it this year I noticed that the price for a set of 4 doesn't seem too bad at Tirerack right now. You can get a set in our stock size for less then a grand.

I can't stand the sidewall tire flex in the stock tires. These things are horrendous!

I finally got the LaMans Top back on the car. One of my Grand Sons  and Grand Daughter showed up yesterday . He lives in Fl but is visiting in Tx. He was able to help set it back on the car and I finished it up this morning.
