Okay I will start.  I think it was an excellent race.  There was plenty of excitement, and cars are more evenly matched which made for great racing.  Some excellent passing as well.  It could have been an even more interesting finish without the 5 second penalty Ham got.  As it was he made up a lot of time in the final laps.  From 19 seconds down to 5 at one point and finishing 6 seconds behind Vet.  Ferrari is here to race.

Let;s see what Alonso will do on the IndiaNapolis race, it should be interesting. It was also mentioned he maybe looking at driving for a different team next year.
Hass score points so it was good. MB, Ferrari and Red Bull are pretty close today and if new updates are done things may even get tighter.
At one point I thought Vettel was going to loose to Hamilton, could not understand why MB did not switch to SS tires at the end.

I think Hamilton's penalty in the pits was the difference.  I applaud him for admitting it and taking ownership.
he had the correct tires, setting fastest lap, lap after lap proved that.  The MB's were better on the tires he finished the race on.

If I was a driver as talented as Alonso, I would have bailed on McLaren last year.   If I was McLaren, I would have bailed on Honda.   They are simply not up to the same level as the other F1 engine builders.

Not F1, but MotoGP is in Austin TX this weekend.

As incredible as F1 is on that track, watching motorcycles go through turn 1 is crazy awesome

Just throwing this out there....

I don't know if any of you are "gamers", but there is an awesome sim game called Motorsports Manager through Steam.  You can manage a race team.  You manage all angles of the team from development to drivers to staff to marketing to the races.  It can be an F1, F3000(?), F4(?) or GT3(?) team.  It's actually addictive if you love racing and strategy games....
