Well another win by VER.  Mixture of dry, pouring, dry, drizzle, dry and pouring again made for an interesting race.  Checo got screwed pitting for rain tires as the track when red just before he got out of the pits.

Haven't watched it yet, not surprised to hear who won.  Really starting to not care about the rest of this season.

Did finally watch Spa but found myself falling asleep at the end, woke up at the end to see the results and delete it before hearing Max's post race interview.

Italy was a good ace with Ferrari putting on a good show, ending up in 3rd and 4th.   Follow up on the Dutch race it had the most passes of any F1 race.

Singapore this weekend.  If nothing else watch qualifying.

They have changed the track eliminating 4 corners

Well IMHO that was a great race.  Carlos drove a strategic race especially during the last few laps when he kept Norris in DRS range helping him keep the hard charging Mercs at bay.  I feel for George who clipped the wall a few turns from the end.  Lando said he clipped the same wall but just kissed it.  Maybe George followed him in to the wall.  Ham ended up 3rd.

So I changed streaming services and eliminated all sports which saves a ton of money.
So I have not been watching F1

I have to say, I have not missed it.

F1 TV is "only" about 2 dollars per race. At least that is what I paid when I got it for my mum.

Qatar has come and gone.  We now have a new 3 time champion (surprise surprise)  Oscar P won the sprint and came in second in the race.  Norris was third.  Ham and Russel hit in turn one of lap one, Ham was out for the race.

Finished watching Qatar today, I guess that puts me about two races behind.

I have been watching them just not keeping up in a timely manor.  I have to agree with Elff this season is boring.  I guess things are great for RB and Max but for me if the weather has been nice, I have better things to do.

I have a feeling other F1 fans feel the same as I hear ratings are down.

I wonder how next season of 'Drive to survive' will handle this?  Maybe their ratings will be down too :)

Mexico was another Max show, Perez crashed out in turn one of lap one.  HAM was second and now 20 points behind Perez

I was really happy with that race. I?m not a fan of Verstappen, but credit goes where it?s due, he drove great after his second pit stop. The 5 sec penalty wasn?t enough, but that rule is already being reviewed to make the punishment more severe.

Amazing last lap pass by Leclerc

Great race. Lots of passing, tons of action.  Most exciting race I?ve seen all year.

Much to my surprise, Vegas turned out to be one of the best races of the year if not the best.

So far in the off season we have:

Gunther is out at Haas

Ham is headed to Ferrari in a year

Horner is being investigated for misconduct.

Did I miss anything?

First two races are done with the same results, Ver and Ver.  Saint has appendix removed and replaced by a English rookie named Ollie Bearman.  Youngest driver to start for Ferrari and he finished ahead of Ham and Res.  All were in the points.
