hello ,I'm new and next Saturday i will be taking delivery of a 2008 aggressive red solstice gxp with 2,000 miles, 5 speed fully loaded with monsoon and 6 cd changer. I just joined this board and i was immediately derailed by this post ref: the solstice cooler/storage bag. I am interested in buying one provided by the time you read this there is one left. I was wondering though, is this part of a larger item i need to buy, or an item all to itself? Does the 59.00 cover the whole thing or do i need to be made aware of other items to purchase. Any response would be greatly appreciated and any other advice on things I need to know, or need to buy. Thanks in advance, and my name is charles by the way and I am in miami florida.

The cooler comes with the large main section and two small bags that hold 3 soda cans each and clip together. Also a small pocket back that Velcros on the front (kinda like a purse). There are also two heat reflector pads, one that fits in the trunk to keep the heat from the exhaust down and the other will Velcro on the top to reflect sun when out at the beach or picnic. plus a bag to store materials. Top grade materials and embroidery. I've had mine for over a year and I love it.

Two sets will fill the trunk back section...

Thank you for the help.
Here is the info I include with every bag.
One very important note to this design is the reflectors.
The longer one with Velcro on the shiny side attaches to the carpet on the trunk to insulate it from the heat of the muffler.
This is pretty much a permanent installation, anything place on it, even when the cooler/travel bag is not in use, can benefit from the insulation it provides.
When you are outside in the sun, the smaller reflector attaches to the top to prevent the heat of the Sun to heat the cooler.
This is extremely important to follow or the cooler will not perform/cool as designed.
See the pictures I have included in this thread.
Also the cooler comes with 2 other pieces that clip together creating 2 small coolers or they can be detached letting you have 2 independent small coolers.
The Main cooler is double insulated and the smaller ones are single insulated.
There is also the pocketbook that attaches to the front to keep things like change or tissue, etc. It is not insulated.
Finally you have the option of the Black Liner Bag that converts the cooler to a travel bag by inserting it into the main cooler.
Please look at all the pictures that I have provided.
For the $59.00 which includes shipping you get: 1 Main cooler about 17" long 10" wide and 7" tall (to fit in the trunk with the top down). 2 small coolers, 1 pocket book or purse, 2 heat reflectors, and 1 Black liner bag(converts the main cooler into a travel bag).
With the top up you can actually have 3 of these coolers in the trunk of a Solstice.

OK, thanks to everyone's help here, I ordered a set in black from LV. Of course, never to make anything easy for people, I had several PMs with LV and he was beyond helpful. We also worked out the shipping for me using USPS, which may be slower, but ask any Canadian receiving goods from the US....In the long run it's a lot cheaper. That also solved my issues with UPS not being able to find my house most times, as USPS just hands it off to Canada Post, and it's all good.

I just have to say, LV was one of the best people in the world to work with. He got me shipping quotes, mailed the box the same day I ordered it, and when it turned out that the post office was actually $5 cheaper then the quoted price on-line, he refunded the $5 immediately. This is one honest person, and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a cooler bag. If the bag is even half as good as the customer service LV provided me, I'll be happy! Yeah - got my Black bag for my Sky last week - used this weekend. Went to visit a freind near Solomon's Island (2 hour drive from my house) who had some surgery and packed my cooler in the trunk with my favorite protein and energy drinks, a couple of ice packs and drove out there in the 93 degree heat. Cooler kept everything nice and cold through the end of the day. What a gorgeous weekend to be out Kappin!

At Solomon's there were some STUNNING vehicles - there was a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera - in carbon grey with carbon fiber accents all over -

There were some incredible custom bikes, a Lotus Esprit, a stock car, TONS of convertibles of all types - an old school Cobra 427SC - just a great place to see and be seen. The shrimp was good and the beer was better! Can't wait to head back that way for the Mod Meet with my bride!
