Left headlight

The other day I saw my left Headlight was Dim though it was blowing out . Got a set of Ultra silverstars H 13s. Installed and it is still Dim . Checked the fuses under the Hood  all good .Only the Drivers side .,Could it be a Bad ground ? I'm Stumped.     :banghead:      :gaah:

You need to use a VOM and check the voltage at the light also check the resistance of the ground wire.

If its not raining i'll do that in the morning  .   Thanks S/A  are the (4) 10 amp Fuses under the hood the only ones ? L hi beam  , L low beam , R hi beam , R lo beam . #s  63,65,66,67
